When you have placed an order on our site, you will receive your order confirmation automatically by email. However, you should note that this automatic response (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, but an electronic acknowledgement of receipt of your order.

When the item has been checked and registered at our warehouse, the package will be ready for shipment. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your account and you will receive an email with a tracking number once it has shipped.

We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock, and we will contact you as soon as possible if there are problems with your order.


All prices are paid in Danish krone (DKK) incl. VAT. We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Dankort American Express and MobilePay.

All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of purchase. Prices can change continuously. The buyer will be invoiced at the price valid on the order date if Asset Store accepts the order.

The amount will be deducted from your account when the items leave our warehouse.

Personal data (name, address, email, etc.) will not be encrypted and will only be used internally and for processing your order. This means that this information will be shared with our web host and shipping carrier.


In accordance with statute, consumers have a 24-month warranty on all items.

The warranty does not apply to goods which are defective due to damage or wear from incorrect use, lack of maintenance or from normal wear and tear.

Asset Store does not provide an independent guarantee for the goods ordered, and the buyer only obtains the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to the buyer.

Complaints require a proof of purchase (presentation of the original invoice/receipt for the product concerned).
